3.Application procedure

1) Foundation treatment

1. object: clean the ground and ensure the epoxy resin adhered strong to the ground

2. construction tool：polish equipments

3. construction methods

1) ground processing:Clean up the dust、grease and other impurities on the surface, then finally clean up with cleaner to remove all the dust on the surface of the base material

2) Repair of the expansion joints：Clean up all the dust and impurities in the expansion joint, then repair the crack until filling up. It can also be used in a variety of elastic polyurethane Adhesive for potting process.

2)Bottom coating construction

1.objective: guarantee epoxy resin with ground adhesion strong;

2. materials: Water-based epoxy bottom painting.

3.construction tools: roller, mixer, etc.

4.construction methods:

Mixing the resin and curing agent fully. Painting on the surface. It can be about 8 ~ 12 hours after construction of next working procedure.

3)Top surface construction

1. objective: meeting the requirement and achieving the effect of product

2.materials: Water-based epoxy top surface coating;

3.construction tools: roller,mixer and scrapers,etc.

4.construction method:

1)Taking out resin and curing agent and mixing them fully.Then add the quartz sand into it. Ater mixing evenly mixing with scraper flat on the bottom coating.

2) After waiting for the ground is dry.Take out resin and curing agent and mixing them fully. evenly with blender mixing with scraper flat on the ground.Let it dry about 12-24 hours.

3) the drying time: At room temperature (25 ℃ with good ventilation), normally 72 to 144 hours maintenance.
